SiriusXM complaint: Auto renewal without notification

My complaint:

SiriusXM has a pattern of auto renewing without sufficient notification. Once again, they have renewed my service without notification. This has happened several times in the past. They pressure you into providing them a credit card when you sign up for service. This auto renew has caused me problems in the past as well as now. I’m an elderly disabled veteran and this practice is unacceptable and should be stopped.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse me the 7 months of unauthorized charges minus the auto renew amount at the same rate as the plan I was on. When I signed up for the service, I was assured the renewal would be at the old rate. Now they are charging that rate monthly. It's a scam to take advantage of the elderly and disabled people that may miss these charges on their credit card.
