My complaint:

My 2021 Camry XLE had a 6 month free SiriusXM promotion like most new cars. Today I was renewing another of my vehicles’ subscriptions and SiriusXM chat agent mentioned that my 2021 Camry will automatically renew March 12, 2022, 7 days from today. I had received no written or electronic notice as required and chat agent could not find that any was sent. Renewal notices are required pursuant to prior class action settlements with SiriusXM. I did renew the subscription, but renewal notices are mandatory because of prior SiriusXM business practices.

Suggested solution:

Refund in whole or in part the subscription cost.
