My complaint:
Went to ShopRite on 11/25/23 to purchase three (3) Palmolive 32.5 ounce bottles for $3.00. No product was available.Coupon specified that this price was only good for 2 days , November 24,25, 2023. Customer service refused to issue rain check, said it was company policy. This is , at a minimum, deceptive advertising. Manager referred to an online corporate policy which was obviously absent from the actual printed coupon that I presented. As a longtime ShopRite customer, I am very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
Honor the coupon offering with a rain check.
