My complaint:
My parcels [clothes] went missing from the parcels counter on 2023/12/21. The Area manager was in the store and I explained what happen. I was advised by 2 managers to get slips of the items and get back to the store. In the state I was they asked me to leave my name and contact details and they will contact me the following day, and they will check on their cameras as the person working in the camera was only comingto work nightshiftar 20h00. Nobody called me and I decided to go to the store. What a sad tragedy and waste of time it was by going to the store. I was told that the manager that assisted me the previous was a visitor for the day and she is not there
I was shift to left from right . At the store they said I must wait for the store manager to authorize I waited 30 minutes and he didn’t show up when I ask where he is as I went there during my lunch break I was inform he is busy receiving DC I’m not sure what it is. The lady by the name of Veronica who assisted me inform me that they can’t see anything on their instore camera and the parcel counter doesn’t have a camera. She also inform me that her manager she phone I form he that there is nothing they can do. She then just left me there without finalize my query. The 2 female mangers (Area and Branch Managers) of the previous day knew the companies policy better that I do. After asking me what was in the plastic bags I told them what was in the bags I lost and the even qualculate the value ot the missing items
Why told me to go and get slips from the shops where I bought the clothes and to submit it at their store if they new they were not going to be there to solve my problem. The lady at the parcel counter told to go around the mall and look for my parcels to check who she gave my parcels to. I even phone the customer care number a.d I was advised by Julian to go to the store and submit what they have requested before logging a call and I did that. When I call the second time I was assisted by a lady that was also very rude who told me Mam what do you think was the parcel counter attendant suppose to do) What a unforgettable experience I had at Shoprite C0113 @ 6018634 R07 I will never went back to shop ever again

They mentioned that a manager must give authorization to refund me the value of my kids Christmas clothes as it went missing from their parcel counter
