My complaint:
I went to the deli to get lunch meat and now you have to use a computer to order lunch meat. You don’t get to see the meats or even the people supposed to be working in deli. I placed my order and finished shopping came back when done shopping lunch meat still not ready and over 25 people standing around waiting for there order. We are in a middle of the virus and suppose to be socially distancing and you can’t. You lost a customer and I’m sure you are going to lose money because people don’t want to stand around and they are just leaving without lunchmeat. Terrible way to do business. I will go elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of the computers or let people make that chose have the deli wait on customers so we can see the lunch meats that we are purchasing and what is going on behind the counter
