My complaint:
Numerous carts in poor working condition EVERY TIME I SHOP!! Thought I did okay when I finally found one with only a couple of “wobbly wheels.”: found out how VERY wrong I was when wheel jammed abruptly stopping the cart..unfortunately, my unsuspecting foot kept right on going and hit the wheel!
I think a huge company like ShopRite can do far better than this..and , after listening to other shoppers complaints, so do they!
Suggested solution:
Keep the darn carts maintained!! And maybe a bag of ice for my toe and foot.
