My complaint:
Made an online order at shoprite in jersey city.. thats shoprite of metro plaza. The delivery window was on May 23, 2021 between 2pm and 4pm. When I received my order milk was leaking, eggs were broken, ice cream was melted and missing some other stuff.. I called and complaint about it. They promised me I would get the exchange between 6pm and 8pm. Never did, so I called and the manager told me the delivery people left for the night.. never got anything… so I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting for it… besides to raise some red flags, don’t they have to do delivery of dairy and meat on a refrigerated truck according to fda guidelines?.. I guess I have to get in contact with fda also..I know about the guidelines cause I work in a company who import and distributes cheese and meat from italy.
Suggested solution:
I don't even know how they can even begin to make this better, cause top it of I pay a delivery service fee..with that I should receive my stuff right, on time and refrigerated.
