My complaint:
Please I wish to draw to your notice about a declined POS transaction.
I bought some items at the Shoprite Onitsha mall on Friday 16th December 2022 totalling about eleven thousand four hundred naira and sixty naira (11,460.00) and my ATM was declined but I was debited. According to my bank the transaction was successful. Up till now I don’t know how to get my money back..
Attached is a mini statement of account and the receipt of the declined transaction.
