My complaint:
This pharmacy needs corporate involvement. I visit this pharmacy twice a month to pick up my mother’s medications and every time I visit, the staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, not helpful and horrible. The pharmacy assistant is so rude that he should be let go or at a minimum, avoided. After putting up with this kind of rude and unprofessional treatment, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
This independent Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy needs to be restructured by the corporate personnel and revamped with new and better trained staff.
