My complaint:

Around noon, my sister and I went to the Shoppers Drug Mart on Derry and McLaughlin in the hope of buying the MISS DIOR EAU DE PARFUM the pink one (not blooming bouquet) from the perfume section. We were looking through the perfumes and noticed that the particular one we had wanted was not there, so we ask a worker standing a few feet away from us if she could help us find the perfume we wanted. The worker proceeds to make the remark, You want to look at it or wear it? in a tone implying we could not afford to or were not going to buy it and just spray on the perfume and leave. We were a little taken aback but didn’t say anything. We told the worker we were going to buy the perfume and showed them an image from the internet. They proceed to point at the wrong bottle and make us feel as if it was obviously right there and we didn’t see it. The bottle they were pointing at had yellow liquid inside and was not what we had shown them an image of. We say thank you and leave the store. We ended up buying the perfume at Sephora in Heartland. The worker there was much nicer and more understanding. Although there was no commotion, I am sending this complaint as I don’t want anyone else to feel the way we did today.

Suggested solution:

I guess just let the workers know that such statements aren't nice to say to someone when all we asked for was help. Please do not make any assumptions.
