My complaint:
This is the second time with this pharmacy at 500 country hills Blvd Ne Calgary AB that happen the same. I always buy with them all my supplies of my diabetes. I went today july 30th at 11 to get a test machine because I lost mine. They told me I couldn’t get it because I had to buy a new machine or strips again. Really? No compassion??
People don’t have enough money with this inflation that the country is going through. I am a single mom and no support from dad. The teller at the pharmacy said I see you got your strips on july 9th less that 1 month I will give it to you.
Then she asked the supervisor and she said no, when the other girl said yes . I get so mad because this is the second time the pharmacist says no. I said fuck you! And she told me to leave not only the pharmacy. The store too. She was not helping her customer. I buy always there my strips, needles, my 2 insulins, my cymbalta, …everything with shoppers and that’s how they treat their customes? Where is the loyalty??
Right now all my sugar is high, very upset thanks for that lady. But I cannot take my blood sugar because I don’t have my machine and I don’t know how much insulina I need.
I want you something about this. Because the first time that I complained no one do anything. So what’s the point of complaint. Or do I need to go somewhere else so I can be hear.
Suggested solution:
Give me my machine for free when I bought my strips there less than a month on July 9th. And teach their employees costumer services better.
