My complaint:
I purchased 7 gift cards totalling $500 at Pharmaprix. So far 2 recipients have told me there is no money loaded on the cards. Shoppers have offered me only gift cards to Shoppers to cover the $200- or 100,000 points. I wanted my money back as it was their error but they said it was impossible. I agreed to two gift cards of $100 and they only sent $100. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone.
