My complaint:
Ive receive three card for parcel pick-up 8 days ago , and to pick up at shoppers post ofice but its the wrong one i live across from the other shoppetrs in timmins and were im supose to pick upp the parcel is the wrong one im on foot and no way to go across town and im a senior … so i requested that soppers post ofice bring them to the nearest to my house i they planly said twice that they dont know how to do that . that ive no choice but to pick them up across town .
They were rude to me and also shoppers across from my street call them monday and they were rude to them also and nothing has been done up to now and its friday and i think that if someone should know how to do there job are go work at macdonalds . why is it so hard to transfer parcel from one post ofice to another. please respond to me as soon as possible thank-you for litening.
Suggested solution:
just bring the parcel to the other soppetrs across from my house so i can pick-it up since ive had the card now for 8 days
