My complaint:
Entered store wearing mask. Gave prescription to counter for wife. Wanted a drop off and call for pickup. Wife tested covid19 positive with home test kit. I tested positive at Etobicoke General.
I was refused service and told someone without positive would have to do this. We are both positive so how would that work? I was told to leave.
I am now an ex customer. I will ask my family and all associates to boycott this company.
