My complaint:
I went there asking to smell some fragrances on Saturday (dec 03 2022) I am also a store manager in the same mall and was gifting my assistant manage a cologne as she was moving towards something better.
As soon I walked in I asked for help so she can smell some perfumes that she might like and met this guy who works there and I am sure he is new. He straight away said quote unquote “we can’t make test all of our fragrances as it’s too much work decide what you want first”
I wasn’t buying it for myself so how would I know the one I like is the one my employee would like as well.
I picked up a bottle of mark jacobs 100 ml and went to the cash counter, I ignored what happened first but an employee came running to me and snatched the bottle and said you picked up the wrong size as I was using a coupon and I was only allowed to get 50 ml bottle, however I meant to pay the difference and but the 100 ml.
But the staff to so rude or probably racist I think they didn’t let me say anything. I still did get the 50 ml thou
I am posting it up here and also sending it to BBB as your customer service is really bad in some places in NB
