My complaint:
I went to pick up a ‘scrip. The person behind the pharmacy counter asked for my date of birth which I had to give although there were others customers around me who could hear me. I consider my DOB confidential information and I am not happy that I have to provide it in everyone’s hearing. When I pointed this out to the person serving me, he shrugged it off as something they had to do to be sure they were giving the meds to the right person.
Suggested solution:
There should be other identifiers like a phone number that can be used to be sure you have the right customer. I leave the solution to you.
