My complaint:
I called the pharmacy about a strep throat test for my wife and myself, we were told
come down, we both got tested and the results were negative, We said thank you
and we’re told hang on, that will be $40
We were not told before hand that there would be a cost, if so I certainly wouldn’t have done it, can you do anything for us?
Suggested solution:
I think a $40 in store credit would be fine
