My complaint:
Lindsey who did not identify herself until asked is the pharmacist. She refused to refill my prescription saying I would need to come in to verify credit card information? I know that according to the Privacy Act she is not allowed to retain my credit card information if I do not want her to. She then became very rude telling me to contact Galen Weston as she doesn’t want to deal with this. I am a Senior and I do not feel this is customer service expecting me to come in when I do not go out, She didn’t care at all that I am unable to get my medication that is urgently needed.
Suggested solution:
Treat Seniors better than this
