My complaint:
I went to this location to purchase cough medicine. I was going to purchase three items. When I went to the pharmacy to purchase the items, the pharmacist was helping a customer. I waited until a woman in her 30s asked me if I was picking up a prescription. I responded no, to which she snarled for me to go to the front of the store. And walked away. I was not able to ask her a question regarding this medication. By the way there was no one else in the area, so she wasn’t going to help another customer. I am not a Karen, I treat people how I want to be treated. With respect. I will never purchase anything from any Shoppers Drug Mart.
Suggested solution:
Retrain the staff in soft skills. I understand that the client isn’t always right. But just show some common decency. The time of this interaction was 11.30 January 17.
