My complaint:
I went to shoppers 2255 at 104-3433 north road Burnaby BC to request for TDAP vaccination. I mentioned that I had never took TDAP vaccination and that’s what I was looking for. The next day after vaccination I looked at the paper and found that only TD vaccine was shot. The pharmacist denied that I had asked for TDAP vaccination, kept on arguing about unrelated matters. She also questioned if I was pregnant that I needed to take the pertussis vaccine and questioned me who told me to get the pertussis vaccine. Apparently she knew I am a senior citizen!
Suggested solution:
A formal apology and compensation due to her wrongdoing, denials, and frustration.
