My complaint:
I called thursday to refill my pain meds and a couple others. They said the doctor didnt respond to their fax so they were going to let me go all weekend with no blood pressure medecin and no pain meds… unless I pay him 45 dollars …all my meds are covered by ohip or odsp
Suggested solution:
Send me enough for the weekend and I'll contact the doctor on monday since the pharmacy cant make executive decisions to help someone
