My complaint:
I’m suffering from a severe stomach infection and got a prescription from my dr for a liquid antibiotic that I Desperately needed! I CAN NOT swollen pills! I got my prescription today ( saterday ) an hour or two before my dr office closed.
This stupid pharmacy gave me pills! Neglected to tell my mother who had to pick them up as I can’t do it myself with how sick I am so by the time we realized they were pills my dr already is closed! I have to suffer with NO ANTIBIOTICS UNTILL MONDAY! Because this stupid pharmacy doesn’t make the liquid form and neglected to say anything! I could have gotten another prescription for another pharmacy that could have made it for me. I’ll never use your pharmacy again and thanks a lot I have to suffer for two days before I can get help. A big screw you to you guys!
Suggested solution:
Tell people you can’t give the form of medication they need instead of just assuming they can take pills and leaving them fucked!
