My complaint:
I went to a couple of stores to find the advertised NoNo- suppose to be on sale for 2 days
Staff didn’t know what it was and actually told me to check out other stores
I am not going to drive around the city of Ottawa to see if other shoppers have the product
Why would you advertise and not have the product in the stores. The lack of response or help from staff just made things worse. I work in long term care and if I treated someone like that I would be reported to the ministry of long term care. Shopping at the store is usually enjoyable – not these days
