My complaint:
I have two heating pads about 12 x 21. They are both less than two years old. I have two brands Sunbeam Life. The 1 – 6 settings on the Sunbeam are fine. The Life settings warm, low, medium and high are a DISASTER. The low setting on the Life setting is higher than the high setting on the Sunbeam !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 82 and use them on both the bed and chair. I CANNOT USE THE LIFE BRAND ON THE BED. RIDUCULOUS !!!. THIS IS A SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW.
