My complaint:
Went to get my flu shot today from a local Shoppers Drug Mart and person administering was not interested with your online questionnaire. Only asked if I was taking blood thinners and asked for my care card. So what is the point of the online one?
Then she proceeded to give me a shot without changing gloves in between clients. She just squirted cleanser on her gloves.
Suggested solution:
Employee needs to stop doing this. It does not follow best practise
