My complaint:
I purchased beauty items on Shoppes website on Sep 23, after issues with shipping and waiting for 2 weeks and few times calling them, I finally got my items but all the promotional items were missing. Also, the invoice inside the box was incomplete and did not show the items on that paper. I could not return the items that I didn’t want to the store due to an incomplete invoice. I called 6 times to either get a complete invoice or a return label and every time I was promised buy their customer service that in 48 hrs I receive it in my emails which never happened, I also requested to speak to the supervisor and they promised someone will call me which never happened either. My worst experience of online shopping and customer service till now.
Suggested solution:
Send me a complete invoice with all the items on that and also, I need to speak to a manager.
