My complaint:
I ordered medical cannabis on December 5, hoping to have it for my next chemotherapy treatment on December 11. It’s now Dec. 29 and NO SIGN OF MY prescription yet. I have my last treatment on Dec. 31. They told me it would arrive today, Dec. 29 between 10:30 and 2:30pm. It’s 5pm now and NO CANNABIS HAS ARRIVED. So I’ve paid approx. $200 for use after 1 treatment. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS CHAIN.
Suggested solution:
Refund $ I paid. and keep the drug!
