My complaint:

I went into the store to grab a few things including
my prescription, I needed nail products, instantly a young man who was a worker, was literally following me and he asked me twice what I “wanted” I told him that I’m fine, I know what I’m looking for” I got my item and proceeded to go pick up my prescription and he was literally following me and he tells very loud “ You need to come back to cosmetics and pay for whatever you’re hiding!!” I was so shocked because I’m a long time shopper here at this drug store and have been for many years! I told him “sorry that’s the first time I’ve ever had to do that! And I also
Pay for all my items in one transaction!” Because of bank charges!” I also asked him “Since when did any customer have to do this? I know the rules of the store and that’s a first!” He sed very loudly “This is My store and these are MY rules and if you don’t like it then get out NOW because it’s you people that come in here and steal make up!!” K told him “I’m not like other people and I work for my money!” Actually I’m a teacher!!” He then demanded my item back and to leave! I gave him my item and thought I’m already so embarrassed so I will leave.
There was a lady cashier I’m the front and I stopped and talked to her and told her what had happened to me and she was also shocked and couldn’t believe what had happened and asked me what worker did this? I pointed to the guy and he was standing feet away and she sed “OMG that is the supervisor this eve!” She told me im a quiet tone “please come back tomorrow and file a complaint because this shouldn’t have happened to you and she was very apologetic to me.
I’m very upset and embarrassed that I went thru this at a store I’ve been going to for many years and I work hard for my stuff, I don’t need to steal!
I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow, because this was totally I called for.
Suggested solution:
Get their workers to be professional in the jobs they’re hired for and deal with this worker that did this to me! I will never ever go back to this store ever again.
