My complaint:

This month my shopify store got frozen as I was unable to pay the amount due to very bad financial situation and literally had no money to pay off and neither do I have credit cards.

What I did was that I made a request to them to restore my account and waive the payment for one month for shopify app and other apps that i am using. These heartless people didn’t waive their fees of just 29 dollars. Other app developers did.

I somehow managed to pay the amount 129 dollars total borrowing from somewhere but still after paying that they said that another billing cycle amount has to be paid.

So after contacting them for a support in bad times they rather screwed me up and now its 5 days that my store is frozen.. all they are coming up is with policies etc. a billion dollar organization is making a small merchant suffer for 100 dollar amount SHAME ON THEM!!
