My complaint:
Today, June,6th, our store turn off, INACTIVE, after replace credit card information.
I contacted Shopify support, however the assistant was not able to resolve the case. He said that the case will go to higher levelsupport, however no response past 8 hours.
Now, I am not able to contact Shopify support by chat or email, just show a page saying that our store is inactive.
Our store is offline and we are not able to access shopify admin neither contact Shopify support by email or chat
Suggested solution:
Just turn our store active and inform us the reason of issue.
