Shopify complaint: Shut down my store without any explanation

My complaint:

shopify turned our store to be inactive and unavailable. We just payed the bill on 1st of June. We didn’t do anything illegal or violating any policy. We haven’t even made any sales yet, I don’t think there is any customer complaints either. So how could they let my store inactivate without any notice and communication? We have tried to report to their customer service and wait for the response, it take almost 3 weeks for us to get the the email to inform us that after reviewing our information and website they believe our business presents a level of risk that they will be unable to support with Shopify. this is not ideal, however they won’t be able to help with our business. This is really unhelpful and unacceptable about their decision. They don’t even give us a chance to prove our business and they go to the final decision directly! How could they do that to the small business owner? I have read a lot of reports on the Internet and found a lot of the same situation have happened! They only give the reason as Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations. Once an account has been declined the decision is final. I never had this confused, unreasonable, speechless situation. I wonder why does shopify trade their clients like this just because so far they are the only platform cooperate with tiktok? I believe that all of the customers who are not treated fairly are feel the same way as ours.

Suggested solution:

Give us the clear reasons and trade everyone fairly! Also please give us a shortcut to file the complains!
