My complaint:
Shopify is a complete disgrace legit allows scammers to file chargebacks and their banks will side with the customer even though I and Shopify see that all that i have provided as evidence is legitimate and that the customer is scamming me YET THE DO NOTHING AND LET ME LOSE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, saying we can’t have power over the customer’s bank neither can provide you with their bank details. My bank too was not able to get my money back and was not able to retrieve the money stolen from me !!
Useless platform and full of scammers.
