Purchased Nov. 26, 2019 Visa debited for 2 items. SweeperBot vacuum cleaner $49.98 US (12 price) 2nd SweeperBot $99.95 US.

After telling them that this amount had not been refunded I received this email:

Hi Ian,

It looks like there was an error on our end and the refund wasn’t processed. The second vacuum was also accidentally shipped. I’m going to go ahead and process the refund for sure this time, and you can keep the second vacuum, as a sorry for the trouble. So you will receive two vacuums for the price of one.
