My complaint:
After 30 emails of promises and delays I received a package from China that was so light I thought it was empty. Opening it I discovered a toy “SweeperBot Automatic Robot Vacuum Cleaner.” Actually the make was “bowAI”. I put in on a carpet and it started to move but, when it tried to get up on another carpet it stalled. I opened it up after repeated attempts to reposition it and found nothing but cat hair. Nothing bigger than this.
I paid $99.95 US to a firm called Indaviage which is one of the companies associated with Shopify.com. I contacted Shopify and they said they could not do anything until after 1 month. I contacted Indaviage and their return policy expires after 1 month.

Still no word from Indaviage or Shopify. I did see another scam for a “SweeperBot Automatic Robot Vacuum Cleaner” and the photo was the same as the piece of junk they sent me called “bowAI“
