My complaint:
My boyfriend’s card were charged 9,592.03 Indian Rupees upon checking in his card transactions. it was charged on the 10th of July. He did not know where it came from and he never opened SHEIN on his side. It was used one time to pay for my order and it was smooth and happened two months ago. But today he was charged with that amount and he did not get any email and ations on his side. It was charged illegally on to his account without any notifications.
Suggested solution:
I think this issue would be solve if the SHEIN would refund the amount which my partner was charged since we did not purchase any SHEIN for the last weeks. This is very disturbing on our side.
