My complaint:
Your carrier is trying to charge me 30 $ just to deliver my parcel from your company and they want me to drive at least a hour in either direction to go pick it up, this is bullshit!!!!! I’m not going to pay to have my clothes that I already paid for from your company picked up from the Carrier that you chose and pay extra cash just for me to drive a hour to pick it up!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and I will never be shopping from your bullshit site.
