My complaint:

My order is extremely delayed. There is no update via the tracker on the shien app itself at this point it shows its in one place from the 17 September 2021. I am extremely furious as there is a lot of money involved

Suggested solution:

I would like to be advised as to where my order is and would kindly like it ASAP
