My complaint:
I ordered $90 worth of merchandise from Shein. I gave accurate Shipping information with Apartment . Received message from Shein Package was delivered. I never received. I reach out to Shein to where package was delivered and they said to my Apt. 6B. They instructed me to reach out to their Carrier. I did and Carrier said Shein paid to have packageleft in lobby, unattended. 168 apartments in complex, no mailroom, no security. I reverted to Shein because they lied when asked where package was delivered. They refuse to refund my money. I’ve spent thousands with Shein. I want my money refunded..
