My complaint:

Hii I would like to enquire about my order, I ordered it on the 13th of November and it took long to get an update , today I got a notification saying my order is being delayed due to shortage of flight which is not very professional to me.Ive been waiting for an update for the past 2 days regarding my package and it’s very urgent that I get my package , I’ve expedited my order and it said I’d receive my order before the 28th but now things all of a sudden changed to the 6th which is very unprofessional of you guys , I have already expedited my order as it is urgent for me to get it before the 6th of December, it’s been a whole month since I ordered and I expected it to be delivered by the 28th of November and 1st of December which I was told so unfortunately I need my package before the 5th of December as it’s a very important package, my prom is the 8th of December and I need my package before that please , any update will do and I need it urgently please and it shows its been shipped already and I even paid tax but it’s still in china
