My complaint:
I contacted she in about my lost package and they stated it was delivered but delivered to Ontario which was not my address. So they I filed a dispute through my bank . And we’re taking forever . Contacted she in and they told me they could of offer me a refund or reshipment but I had to go and cancel the dispute and they were gonna be able to refund me . So I did . I canceled my dispute and even closed my bank account . Contacted she in and they told me they couldn’t refund me that my order was delivered. They literally scammed me .
Suggested solution:
Refund my 380$!
