My complaint:
I have ordered several times from Shein with no problems but this time I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in April of 2022 with expected arrival date of 12 or 13 it is 617 and I have still not received this order. the company has no place to check with them on the status and it is just sitting in limbo. I ordered these shoes for a cruise my daughter and I went on and we are already back, still no shoes. NO way to cancel order since it shows that it has shipped but not been delivered. I need this order canceled and a refund.. Thanks
