My complaint:
i paid extra so that my package would be here on time. i have to leave the state and won’t be here for months so i was expecting it to come on time since i paid $12.90 for the express shipping fee.
Suggested solution:
if my package comes before july 10th, i have no issues with Shein. but if it comes a DAY later than what i paid for, i want the whole package refunded for the whole $153.43 that i paid because this is insane i feel like i’ve always had some sort of problem with Shein every single time.
