My complaint:
I ordered a package of clothes from shein on 4/7/23. The package was shipped the same day and “delivered “ on 4/13/23. I did not receive the package. The package was supposed to be signed by me but instead the delivery company signed it themselves and left it in my lobby… or they took a picture of the package and stole it. The delivery company speedx.io are stealing the packages and they are still in business with them. I live in a 20 floor building with 10 apartments on each floor. Every delivery company knows NOT to leave packages in the lobby. Even if you leave the package in front of the apartment door… it is a better option than the lobby. I contacted SHEIN through email and they basically told me since it was “marked” delivered I was responsible for the package. I am livid and will not be returning as a customer for SHEIN. I want my refund back since I did my purchase through Klarna. Thank you
