My complaint:
They said my order delayed then loaded to port Elizabeth facility after that they say my order is misrouted but they didnt call and there was people at home now im strustruggling to call them to refund me, coz that order has Christmas clothes for kids im very dissapointed cos i dont know if i will get my clothesrefund.
