My complaint:
I am extremely upset about a situation that has happened, I received a Facebook message from a profile with a girl in a bikini, stating she is the manager at Shaws in Medway (Trinity Madina) knowing this girl personally I just had a restraining order on her so she couldn’t contact my son. She sent myself and 2 of my sisters messages this morning saying our kids were banned and the police will be called so I of course called Shaws and spoke to the actual manager as being a life long resident of Medway up until a year ago when I moved a town over my mom and family still live in Medway. The manager said some kids were riding wheel chairs but when asked to leave they did and it wasn’t an issue. After speaking to my sisters I find out this girl showed up to my little sisters house last night and when my nephew wouldn’t anwser her calls she peed on his car. I am not happy that she would make a fake face book account and send me messages stating she is the manager/assistant manager lying very unprofessional and the manager I spoke to today said he never said they were not allowed he didn’t even ask for the kids names I did apologize and told them I would be speaking to the boys
Suggested solution:
Not sure but I am going to take this as far as I can because this girl has already caused so much drama to myself and my family and I don’t need to worry about my mom shopping at Shaws which is where she does weekly
