My complaint:

I placed an online order with Shaws Supermarket on August 5th. An hour later I received an email saying my card was declined. However, I found out my card was charged in the full amount of $70.39 . I have been on the phone almost everyday with customer service they still have not given me my refund- just a different excuse everyday.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money for $70.39
