My complaint:
I spent quite a chunk of money on the largest cake available. It turns out beautiful, however the main “phrase” on the cake had a word not spelled correctly. The word was tension. It was spelled tenion. There weren’t dots on the lowercase i’s. Just seemed rushed. Sad I didn’t look before leaving. I don’t like confrontation so decided not to go in and complain but rather write in. It was a big day and with the money spent just wish it were spelt properly. Not sure if I’m able to get some store credit. Of course not full, but even partial would be greatly appreciated. Instead of laughing at the quote they laughed at the spelling.
