My complaint:
Dear ceo
I would like to inform you that I am highly disappointed in your company for the number of times you’ve attempted to take payments from my acciunt unlawfully.
I cancelled my subscription with yourselves even before my trial lessons ended as I knew from the inset that I couldn’t make time to go through it so I unsubscribed and sent an email to this however you still went ahead to take payments from my account last menth and when I complained and sent an email of the evidence that I unsubscribed it was refunded.
I then advised that you delete my details off your system but no you’ve attempted to take payments again whivh has made me check all payments taken from yourselves. It aooears the £24.99 you took has not been the only payment taken by yourselves. I cancelled with you in August yet youve taken payments from September 2020 to February 2021. These are the things I expect to happen:
1.Raise a formal complaint for this issue for the second time
2. Refund all the monies you have taken unrightfully from my account.
3. Delete my payment details and my entire personal details from your system as I have the right to be forgotten.
4. Send a ation email to advise the above has been done and send me a reference number for the complaint including the date it was logged just in case it happens so I’ll take it further.
Suggested solution:

2. Refund any monies you have taken unrightfully from my account
3. Delete my payment details and my entire personal details from your system as I have the right to be forgotten.
4. Send a ation email to advise the above has been done and send me a reference number for the complaint including the date it was logged just in case it happens so I\'ll take it further.
