My complaint:
I keep trying to cancel my subscription with them but they wont let it happen. It says to call a number in the Philippes but the number provided is not even a valid number in our country.
Suggested solution:
I want them to cancel my subscription and remove my credit card details frkm their system. I also want my account deleted.
