My complaint:
I was subscribed into the wrong course but told I could change it when i logged in. Actually i didnt want to do it anyway. Then I had issues logging in on my laptop and could only log in on my phone – whereby you are unable to cancel the payment. I emailed the support team several times with no response. They emailed me 3 times to say payment had failed but on the 4th it came out. I had advised them on more than one occasion that I wanted to cancel and no one helped me! Now refusing to refund the money!
Suggested solution:
Refund me! Or at least half for a goodwill gesture
